Campfire in the Heart is a sacred place of retreat, in the spirit of love the Campfire community welcomes all who come. Read our Vision statement here. The retreat is set in a restful location on Arrernte land along the East MacDonnell Ranges, just seven kilometres from the centre of Alice Springs.

Campfire in the Heart offers a peaceful location for seminars and retreats, as well as cabins overlooking the East Macdonnell Ranges for individual, self-led solitude.

Join our free weekly meditation and gatherings around the campfire! We have a range of regular events, as well as an evolving calendar of extended retreats to inspire and rejuvenate the spirit.
Many people miss out on themselves as they joinery through life. They know others, they know places, they know skills, they know their work, but tragically they do not know themselves at all. Ageing can be a time of ripening when you actually meet yourself, indeed maybe for the first time a time for visiting the temple of your memory and integrating your life a vital part of coming home to yourself.
