About Craig Mathewson
Craig offers talks and workshops on relationships and personal growth. In Melbourne he developed a technique called Theatreyoga, using a set of enquiry cards in conjunction with simple yoga movements to uncover sub-conscious obstacles, revealing a more clarified life-direction for participants.

His curiosity on the workings of consciousness and sacredness has led him to participate in Taoist darkroom healing retreats and pilgrimages around Mt Kailash, Tibet, Ancient Crete, and throughout the central Australian desert. His external influences include Dr David Hawkins, David Deida, and the Persian poets Hafez and Rumi.
