Iyengar Yoga Silent Retreat

Retreat centre

29 April – 2 May 2027.

An invitation to go into the heart of our land, to sit in her centre, stretching ourselves into the silence outside – to find the silence within. We are surely held by the spirit of our place, that which is deep and abiding. Let us enter the space and listen, in silence, quietening what so disturbs our own centre…. and become available, by yoga practice, silence, sitting and encouraging a tranquil heart; a relaxed body. There is accommodation available on-site and nearby. There are some single cabins and shared accommodation, as well as swag camping option.

In 2027, there will be two linked retreats with time in between. The first is a 10 session, 5 night Contemplative Yoga Retreat. The second is a 6 session, 3 night Contemplative Silent Retreat. The silent retreat will have space for your own practice, but there will not be classes as such.

If you are staying for both, there will time for your own exploration between 10 am on 28th to 4pm on 29th April.
